Here is what most alterations cost at our Nine Elms shop. Every figure is a starting price, because two pairs of trousers are rarely the same job.
Bring the garment in and try it on with the shoes you will wear it with. We will pin it, talk it through and give you the price before any work starts. There is more than 12 years of looking after clothes behind the counter here, so if we think something is not worth doing, we will say so.

A word on these prices. They are a guide to what most jobs cost, not a fixed quote. What we charge in the end depends on the garment: the fabric, whether it is lined, how it is put together and how much work it needs. Two dresses that look alike can be very different inside. Bring yours in, or send us a photo, and we will confirm the price once we have seen it.
